As a sought-after speaker, facilitator, and consultant on business, leadership, and organizational excellence, Tim Weisheyer has built a team of like-minded leaders to expand his impact in helping others create profitable, meaningful, and lasting organizations. His team has worked for international brands such as Disney, Nike, Dell, and Hewlett Packard, to name a few, and their clients include government, non-profit, and for-profit organizations.

 

Tim followed his entrepreneurial spirit and launched his professional career nearly 30 years ago. By the age of 24, his success and ability to execute across numerous sectors paved the way to  to becoming known for delivering excellence in every business endeavor he was a part of. As a business visionary, Tim has an eye for opportunity and the business acumen to execute it. He has owned and sold multiple companies throughout his career in various industries. He currently owns two separate real estate brokerages, a development company, and a consulting company. His ability to innovate, lead, and inspire others has afforded him the opportunity to serve in numerous capacities.

 

In 2020, Tim was elected to the leadership team of Florida REALTORS®, the largest trade association in the state of Florida and the largest state REALTOR® organization in the nation. In 2021, Tim was appointed by Governor Ron DeSantis to the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority, the Managing Board of the Orlando International Airport, the busiest airport in the state and the eighth busiest airport in the United States, and currently serves as the Chair of the Board. Prior to these leadership roles, Tim served for eight years as a School Board Member and a two-term Chairman for the Osceola School District, leading an organization of nearly 9,000 employees and a $1.5B+ budget. During his time on the School Board, Tim also served as President of the Florida School Boards Association impacting 3 million students in Florida.

 

As a servant leader, he has offered his time and experience to numerous business and community organizations, including serving multiple years as Chairman of the Board for the YMCA, Grace Landing, the Chamber of Commerce, the Education Foundation, and many more.
