Kentucky Realtors® CEO Reflects on first year and strategic planning

Strategic planning plays a vital role in the success and growth of any organization, including Realtor® Associations. These associations not only serve as the backbone of the real estate industry, supporting and representing real estate professionals, but as an integral piece of any vibrant and flourishing community.
Realtor® Associations who strive to offer the best resources to their members do so by implementing a well-defined strategic planning process. Often, Realtor® Associations are tasked with effectively navigating the dynamic real estate landscape, driving member engagement, and fulfilling their mission of advancing the profession. And that's just what CEO Josh Summers was tasked with during his first year leading Kentucky Realtors®.

For 2023, Summers and his team wanted to continue to provide more benefits to members that can enhance their businesses and make the path to the closing table as efficient as possible. Kentucky REALTORS® enlisted Strategic Advantage Consulting in creating an extensive strategic plan and is in the process of implementing it. This plan will not only benefit their members but consumers as well.
