Tim Weisheyer's career trajectory speaks to the power of leadership that isn’t confined to one sector. Early in his career, Tim began his journey in the real estate industry in the 1990s, quickly earning recognition as a multimillion-dollar producer by the age of 24. He became known for delivering excellence in every transaction and developed a land acquisition team to aid top builders in meeting the high demands of Central Florida's growth. Tim was the first in his family to attend college, although he did not complete his degree. Instead, he focused his efforts on real estate, where he achieved remarkable success.


Growing up in a blue-collar family, with his father working as a landscaper and his mother in the public school system, Tim learned the value of hard work and strategic thinking early on. The lessons learned in real estate—strategic thinking, risk management, and operational excellence—served as the foundation for his transitions into various other sectors.

Tim's expertise extends beyond real estate; he has served as a two-term Chairman of the Osceola School Board, overseeing a $1.5 billion capital budget and leading an organization of nearly 9,000 employees. He also serves on the Executive Board for the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority, guiding a comprehensive construction project for the largest airport in Florida and the eighth largest in the nation.
